Harry Potter cake smash ?! Yes please! Cake smash sessions are always fun, but even more so when you are a huge fan of the theme! I became a huge fan of Harry Potter and the wizarding world in the 5th grade when I first started reading the books. Fast forward to when I had kids, I was so eager to share my love of this magical world with my kids. At one point, my son’s room was even all things Harry Potter. You can imagine my excitement when I was approached to photograph this sweet little one’s cake smash session.
Mom told me she wanted to keep it light and airy with hints of gold. I was able to do that with a cream tulle draped over the white backdrop, gold stars, snitches and white “floating” candles. I even brought my own Nimbus 2000 and sorting hat to be apart of all of the fun! Mom brought in her Hedwig and it all came together so perfectly! This session was such a great time and I cannot get over how awesome it turned out.
