Welcome
I am so excited to roll out the new blogsite for Pleasantly Captured Photography, designed by the talented Samantha of Point of Vue Design. She is the artist behind the total re-branding for Pleasantly Captured and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything has turned out. I wanted to have a brand that reflected my love for the ocean and all things aqua and Sam hit it out of the park!
There have been a lot of changes for myself and my business since my move from Okinawa to Jacksonville, but it is all a step in the right direction. I wanted to continue with my boutique photography experience, but felt my site lacked the functionality to streamline tasks, not only for myself, but for my clients. The new site has some awesome features and has allowed me to offer the new gift registry, online forms and payment options.
Client Lounge
The client lounge will help streamline processes and help conserve paper! The client lounge will have everything clients will need to secure their booking, make payments, provide feed back and the new gift registry. This will help take the headache out of having contracts mailed back and forth and help reduce desk clutter.
Gift Registry
The all new Photography Gift Registry is exciting for me because I know it will make gift giving easy, especially for those that would like to have a boutique photography experience in lieu of other gifts. Clients may send out a digital registry announcement or send out cards with event invitations to let friends and family members know they are registered with Pleasantly Captured Photography. They may then access the gift registry through my site and enter an amount they wish to give and check out. It is that simple! This will be a complimentary service for Pleasantly Captured clients and I hope it will be beneficial for those that wish to document their new stages in life.
Blog
The new blog is gorgeous and showcases images flawlessly. Sharing on social media can be frustrating due to compression, therefore the new blog will be a great asset when sharing client images! In addition to the beautiful images, the social media functions make it easy to share your images with friends and family via the social media buttons!
The Studio!
Another change for me is the studio! Having a space away from home was important to me so I can keep from home life and work life spilling over into one another (especially all of my props). This space helps me do just that. It is still a work in progress, but it is a great step in giving clients a place they can physically see and feel comfortable in while they have their memories captured.
