Turning Five – A Magical Milestone Session in Jacksonville, NC

Five is such a fun age — full of personality, imagination, and pure joy. This sweet girl’s milestone session was the perfect celebration of everything she loves right now: twirling in a fabulous dress, pretending to be Elsa, and proudly showing off that she’s officially FIVE!

We started the session with a colorful dress that totally matched her vibrant personality. She twirled, posed, and gave me the biggest grins — already a pro in front of the camera. Her confidence and silliness made the whole session feel like a party.

Next came the costume she couldn’t wait to wear: her Elsa dress. As soon as she put it on, she lit up — and suddenly we were in Arendelle. She danced, tossed invisible snowflakes, and fully embraced her inner queen. These are the moments I love capturing most during milestone sessions — the little details that show exactly who your child is at this point in time.

And of course, we had to mark the big number with a giant “5” balloon that made her feel extra special. She was so proud, holding it up and giggling the entire time.
